APPROVAL OF ROAD VACATION IN THE SW 114 OF SECTION 1 WILLIAM SCHMIDT (KLENZ REALTY)
WHEREAS, The City has been requested to vacate a road
reservation in the NW 114 of Section 1, and
WHEREAS, This road reservation was intended to serve land
lying at the south of this property, and
WHEREAS, That land has recently been developed without the
necessity of using the road reservation, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must recommend to the Common
Council the vacating of all vacant streets.
THEREFORE BE 1T RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that the road reservation is no
longer needed for any future development in the area and
recommends that the road be vacated.
