APPROVAL OF POND FOR JOHN JOHNSON
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a pond on the John
Johnson property located at S90 W18202 Parker Drive, and
WHEREAS, It is kidney shaped with 100' across at the
narrowest point, and
WHEREAS, The deepest point in the pond will be 12', and
WHEREAS, The slope will not exceed 2' horizontal for every
foot of vertical depth, and
WHEREAS, This is not in an area of wetlandfshoreland or
floodplain.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the pond as proposed.
