APPROVAL OF 3 112' X 5 112' SON-ILLUMIXATED SIGN AT S76 W18149 JANBSVILLE ROAD-ASTROS HEATING
WHEREAS, An application has been submitted for the
installation of a 3 1/2' x 5 1/2' sign at S76 W18149 Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted a site plan and a sign
drawing, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3/00S which would allow
20 1/2 square feet of signage, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be approximately 19 1/2 square feet
in size and will be located in accordance with the zoned district
setbacks, and
WHEREAS, The sign is a painted, wooden, freestanding type
and non-illuminated, and
WHEREAS, The sign advertises the business located on the
property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sign at S76 W18149 Janesville Road.
