RESOLUTION #Paca 181-89
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on September
13, 1989 to create two parcels located in the NE 1/4 of Section
7, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land division
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Mary Duerst in the NE 1/4 of Section
7, Town of Norway and recommends approval to the Common Council.
