AT w174 ~7482 MICHI DRIVE-DON SALENTINE
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction plans have been
submitted for a 22' x 22' second garage structure to be located
on W174 S7482 Michi Drive, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3/0ED and the structure
meets the offsets, size requirement and separation distance from
the residential structure, and
WHEREAS, Access will be gained to the garage from the rear
of the property where an existing public Right-of-way is located.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the second garage structure for W174 S7482 Michi Drive.
