APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR THE SE 114 OF SECTION 2 ACE GLASS
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted to
divide land in the SE 1/4 of Section 2, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was reviewed by the Plan Commission on
July 18, 1989, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission recommended approval of the
land division subject to the applicant revising a sketch to
increase the size and shape of Parcel 1, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map now indicates a revised
shape of Parcel 1 and an increase in size of 2,181'.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
e the certified survey map for the property in the SE 1/4 of
Section 2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval be subject to the
applicant acquiring direct access from the County for Parcel 1 or
in the event that access is not granted, that an access easement
be acquired and shown on the map to allow access to Janesville
Road across Parcel 2.
