APPROVAL OF 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE AT

S70 W14955 DARTMOUTH CIRCLE-JON RIESEN
WHEREAS, A site plan and a construction plan have been
submitted for a 16' x 12' second garage structure to be located
on the property at S70 W14955 Dartmouth Circle, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RSA/OPD and the structure
meets the zoning requirements for offsets and separation from the
residential structure, and
WHEREAS, The structure will be used for residential
storage, and
WHEREAS, The Durham Meadows Homeowners' Association has
been notified.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the second garage structure at S70 W14955 Dartmouth Circle.
