AMENDED
WHBBmS, A final plat has been submitted to finalize an
eleven (11) lot division in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 known as
Woodside Estates, and
,'
WHEREAS, The objecting agencies have been notified, and
WHEREAS, The final plat does not differ from the
preliminary plat approved in P.C. 124-89 on July 18, 1989.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat and recommend approval to the Common Council
conditioned upon the developer's agreement being approved,
satisfying the concerns of the objecting agencies and City
Engineers, and subject to all fees required in Section 10 of the
Land Division Ordinance. e
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That there should be a utility
easement shown on the final plat which extends to the property to
the west.
