APPROVAL OF POND AT S102 U18560 KELSEY DRIVE
WILLIAM M. TEUES, JR.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 175-89
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a pond approximately
275'in length x 125' in width, and
WHEREAS, The pond will have slopes of 4 to 1 and 5 to 1 and
will be 10' in depth for approximately 20'to 30' in area, and
WHEREAS, Steps will be taken to prevent erosion, and
WHEREAS, No soil will leave the site.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the pond for William M. Tewes, Jr. at S102 W18560 Kelsey Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval does not usurpt
any authority of the Department of Natural Resources or the Corp.
of Engineers.
