WHEREAS, A request has been received to divide an existing
non-conforming lot into two parcels, and
WHEREAS, One lot would meet the requirements of the RSE
District with sewer and Lot 1A would be approximately 3,500
square feet short of the requirement, and
WHEREAS, The soils have been tested for a mound system, and
WHEREAS, This land is not included in the sewer service
area for the year 2005, and
WHEREAS, This lot would be compatible to lots in the area,
more specifically at the other end of the curve.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
disapprove the sketch for the land division in the NW l/L of
Section 3.
