APPROVAL OF 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE

WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 12' x 20' second
garage structure for residential storage, and
WHEREAS, The area is zoned RS-2/0F'D, and
WHEREAS, The Lake Meadows Subdivision architectural
committee has given approval for a 12' x 20' second garage
structure to be located on the lot 10' from the property line.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
second garage structure at S103 W20752 Heather Lane.
