W#ERU$, It is proposed to construct a non-illuminated sign
advertising Lambs Nursery in the NE 1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned RS-2, and
WHEREAS, Tree farming is permitted in a residentia
district, and
WHEREAS, The sign is to be used to advertise trees
accessories such as mulch, topsoil and wood chips.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the non-illuminated 4'x8' sign for Lambs Nursery in the NE 1/4 of
Section 11.
