OF PROPOSAL TO AMEND THE TEXT OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING THE APPEAL RIGHTS POWERS OF THE
BOARD OF APPEALS
WHERMS. It is proposed to amend the text of the zoning
ordinance regarding the appeal rights powers for the Board of
Appeals to hear an aggrieved person from a decision made by the
Common Council.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend the changes as proposed by the City Attorney and the
Laws and Ordinances Committee.
