DISAPPROVAL FOR REZONING FROM R-3 TO 8-2 FOR
SAWICKI/SCHNEIDER - SW 114 OF SECTION 25
WHERME3, The city has received a petition for rezoning 2.86
acres from R-3 to B-2 to permit the lot to be developed for mini
warehousing, and
WHEREAS, B-2 zoning would permit mini warehouses as a
conditional use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend disapproval to the Common Council for the rezoning from
K-3 to 8-2 for the construction of mini warehouses in the SW 114
of Section 25.
