s77 ~18512 JANESVILLE ROAD-GREG WADE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a fence on the
property addressed as S77 W18512 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, A portion of this fence will be located within the
setback area, and
I WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must approve fences in the
I setback area, and
WHEREAS, A document must be signed and recorded stating
that the fence will be removed at no cost if the removal is
necessary for the improvements of Janesville Road.
e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission permit
the construction of a white 4' picket fence to be placed in the
setback area on the property addressed as S77 W18512 Janesville
Road.
