APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE h OPERATION PLAN
WILLOW POND PHASE 11 & 111-PASCHKE AMENDED
WHEREAS, It is planned to continue the development of the
multi-family structures in the SW 114 of Section 9 (Janesville
Rd.) , and
WHEREAS, The building, site and operation plan has been
approved in Resolution f1P.C. 173-87,and
WHEREAS, The plans in Phase I for 36 units have been
developed and completed, and
WHEREAS, The sewer and the extension of Lions Park Drive
have been installed, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
Phases I1 and 111 to complete the Willow Pond multi-family
project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the necessary fees and the developer's agreement being signed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the distance between the
garages in the parking lot be at least 10'.
