WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 3 acre pond in the
NE 114 of Section 19, and
WHEREAS, Plans have been submitted showing the depth and
slope, and
WHEREAS, It may be necessary to remove soil from this site.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 3 acre pond conditioned that if any clay is removed from the
site, an extractive permit will be necessary.
