APPROVAL OF 4lXa1 SIGN ADDITION FOR AL MERFERT
S65 W13964 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, It is proposed to add signage to an existing sign
on the A1 Merfert property addressed as S65 W13964 Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS, The additional signage would be within the
allowable size permitted in this 8-2 zone district, and
WHEREAS, The additional signage is advertising storage
available for the mini warehouses that were approved in
Resolution f\P.C. 147-89.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the additional 20 square feet of signage on an existing
freestanding sign.
