HAROLD DE BACK
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted to
divide an 11.637 acre parcel of property from a 42 acre parcel in
the NE 114 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS, A sketch of this land division was approved by the
Plan Commission in Resolution 4lP.C. 153-89, and
WHEREAS, This parcel is intended to be rezoned from EA
(Exclusive Agricultural) to R-1.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to the rezoning from EA to R-1. e
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
receipt of all other fees required by Section 10 of the land
division ordinance, the approval of the city engineers, and
submittal of a favorable perc test for the site.
