WHEREAS, The city has received a petition to rezone
approximately 11 acres in the NE 1/4 of Section 32 from EA
(Exclusive Agricultural) to R-1, and
WHEREAS, The city had approved a land division sketch in
P.C. 153-89.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval to the Common Council to rezone approximately
11 acres from EA to R-1.
