WHERFAS, The property is zoned RS-3/0LR, and
WHEREAS, Restaurants, supper clubs, taverns and dance
pavillions are permitted in that district as a conditional use
grant, and
WHEREAS, The assembly hall has been increased in size
expanding the conditional use, and
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, Architectural plans have been submitted, and
WHEREAS, The site and operation plans will not be changed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the expansion of the supper club because there is no expansion of
the use or change in the operation plan.
