WHEREAS, The building and site
Basse property at S70 W16050 Janesvi
PCW91-89, and
' plan for a building on the
lle Road was approved in
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to light the building and the
area, and
GJHEREAS, Ten lantern type lights are proposed to be
installed on the building along with two sodium vapor lights, and
WHEREAS, A 64 square foot freestanding sign on Hwy. L and a
flat wall sign on the south side of the building are to be
constructed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the signs and lighting as submitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the 64 square foot
freestanding sign on Hwy. L be constructed in an artistic manner
compatible to that of the wall sign.
