RESOLUTION ~P.c. 159-89
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide Outlot 85 in the Lake
Brittany Addition #l into 3 lots, and
WHEREAS, This outlot had been in the shoreland/wetland
district, has now been removed and the map amended to exclude
this outlot from the shoreland/wetland district, and
WHEREAS, The state statutes do not permit the use of
certified survey maps for plats less than 5 years old, and
WHEREAS, A re-plat or addition to the plat has been
submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the preliminary plat for the
3 lot division creating Lake Brittany Estates 112 be approved
subject to satisfying the concerns of the objecting agencies and
the City engineers and subject to all fees required in Section 10
of the Land Division Ordinance.
