RESOLUTION CP.C. 158-89
TOWN OF NORWAY - LIBERTY DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on August 10,
1989 to create a one parcel land division in the NE 114 of
Section 18, Town of Norway for Liberty Development.
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land division
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Liberty Development in the NE 114 of
Section 18, Town of Norway and recommends approval to the Common
e Council.
