TOWN OF NORWAY
UHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on July 3,
1989 to create two parcels located in the MJ 1/4 of Section 5,
Town of Norway, for Randall and Mary C. Gilson.
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land division
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Randall and Mary C. Gilson, NW 1/4
of Section 5 in the Town of Norway and recommends approval to the
0 Common Council.
