WHEREAS, It is proposed to amend the building, site and
operation plan for the Clark Oil and Refining Corporation station
and store addressed at S73 W16680 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to replace the 144 square foot
sign, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to replace the pumps, canopy and
traffic pattern.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended building, site and operation plan for Clark Oil and
Refining Corporation in accordance with the plans submitted
subject to any necessary variances being granted by the Board of
Appeals.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That screening of the outside salt
storage and sales area, as well as the above ground tank be
provided.
