NE 114 OF SECTION 32
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide approximately 10 acres
from a 42 acre parcel in the NE 1/4 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS, This is presently zoned Exclusive Agricultural,
and
WHEREAS, In P.C.# 84-89 a 5 acre parcel had recently been
rezoned from EA to R-1.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the division subject to the rezoning and the submittal of a
certified survey map.
