WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in PC#146-89 approved the
lding and site plan for C.I. Banker Wire & Iron Works, Inc., bui
and
WHEREAS, The landscaping, lighting and operation plan have
been submitted, and
WHEREAS, The plan includes the screening of a dumpster, and
WHEREAS, The sign of approximately 15 square feet will be
located towards the front of the building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the landscaping, sign and operation plan for C.I. Banker Wire &
Iron Works, Inc.
