SE 114 OF SECTION 17 - CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been prepared creating
a one parcel division in ther SE 114 of Section 17 in the Muskego
Industrial Park Addition #1, and
WHEREAS, The city has sold this parcel of approximately 3
acres to C.I. Banker Wire and Iron Works, Inc., and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has granted building and site
plans in P.C. #146-89.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval to the Common Council.
