WHEREAS, Duane Langfeldt has acquired the property in the
NW 114 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, He owns the abutting property and wishes to
exchange land from S73 W16610 Janesville Road to the property to
the west making the property addressed as S73 W16610 more legal
non-conforming, and
WHEREAS, This will increase the size of the lot to the
west, and
WHEREAS, Because of the wetland on that lot, it will not
diminish or increase the development in the area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the exchange of property from the parcel addressed as S73 W16610
Janesville Road to the parcel to the west with the tax key il of
W2198.991.
