MYSTIC DRIVE (W152 S8001 MYSTIC)
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must approve the conveying of
material to a lot or site for the purpose of changing topography,
and
WHEREAS, The owner is changing the topography along a
normal water course, and
WHEREAS, A soil erosion permit has been issued, and
WHEREAS, The ordinance calls for a slope to be 2'
horizontal to 1' vertical.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission grant
the conveyance of the material to this lot in the IW 1/4 of
Section 14 on Mystic Drive (W152 S8001 Mystic) conditioned that
any slope be no greater than 2' horizontal to 1' vertical and so
constructed as to prevent any soil erosion.
