ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL TO REPLACE CITY ENTRANCE SIGNS WITH NEW SIGNS BY MUSKEG0 CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
AMENDED
WHEREAS, It is proposed to replace existing city entrance
signs by the Muskego Chamber of Commerce, and
WHEREAS, These signs will be 5' high and 14' wide and
placed on existing poles and held approximately 3' off the
ground, and
WHEREAS, After they are installed they will be dedicated to
the city.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission grant
architectural approval to replace the city entrance sip,ns with
new signs by the Muskego Chamber of Commerce.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That only one sign in the location
of the Lincoln State Bank property is to be erected at this time
with the possibility of indirect illumination, any additional
signs will need Plan Commission approval, and the old sign is to
remain until the additional sign for the organizational plaques
is installed in the Lincoln Point Shopping Center.
