RESOLUTION #P.C. 147-89
WHEREAS, A petition for a conditional use in the B-2
district zoning at S65 W13964 Janesville Road has been submitted
to the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, All buildings must be constructed in accordance
with state and local codes.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conditional use grant with the following conditions:
1- The hours of operation be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
2- Three exterior security lights be installed.
3- Asphalting be completed by August 1990.
4- Maintain the existing screening from Janesville Road.
