THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the conditional use grant with the following conditions: 1- The hours of operation be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 2- Three exterior security lights be installed. 3- Asphalting be completed by August 1990. 4- Maintain the existing screening from Janesville Road.
