WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 32,320 square foot
building in the Muskego Industrial Park Addition ffl, and
WHEREAS, This building will be located in the north side of
the cul de sac at the end of Enterprise Drive, and
WHEREAS, The building will have a fluted block and split
face brick facing the cul de sac, and
WHEREAS, The site plan shows 22 parking stalls.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building and site plan subject to the approval of a
landscape, lighting, signage and operation plan by the Plan
Commission.
