WHEREAS, It is proposed to create an 11 lot subdivision
with 4 outlots in the SW 114 of Section 12, and
WHEREAS, The lots conform to the RS-2 zoning, and
WHEREAS, The property has been graded, restored and these
lots will abut an existing lake.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch layout and design and will be receptive to a
preliminary plat.
