RESOLUTION #P.C. 143-89
WHEREAS, The city has been requested for permission to park
a semi truck and trailer on the property addressed above, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RCE, and
WHEREAS, Section 6.04(3)2,c states that the Plan Commission
may grant additional parking of trucks and equipment in any
district if, in your opinion, the request is of such nature that
it will not affect the health, safety, morals, comfort, property
and general welfare of the residents of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The guidelines for approval list items such as
development of the surrounding area, effect on general
attractiveness and character of the surrounding area, size of the
specific lot and general lots in the surrounding area, size of
the specific lot and general lots in the surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, Field Drive limits the trucking to 10,000 pounds.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the parking of the semi tractor and trailer on the property
addressed as S75 W21453 Field Drive.

I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the following conditions be
met: I-That the truck not come onto the property loaded, 2-That
the truck not be normally visible from the street and 3-That this
approval is in effect for one year at which time it will come up
for review.
