WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map has been submitted on July
26, 1989 for the NE 114 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was approved by the Plan Commission on
July 18, 1989, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map conforms to that approved
sketch.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
