MANAGEMENT) - 582 W21595 WAUER LANE
WHEREAS, A site plan and sign design have been submitted
for Stoneridge Landfill (Waste Management) to install a 3' x 8'
freestanding sign at the landfill site, and
WHEREAS, This sign does not exceed the 1-2 zoned district
size requirements, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be placed below the required 50'
setback from the center line of Crowbar Road, and
WHEREAS, This sign will be of wooden construction non-
illuminated and placed on a land berm.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 3' x 8' freestanding sign at the Stoneridge Landfill, S82
W21595 Wauer Lane.
