SW 114 OF SECTION 9 (LOTS 4-7) FOR ROTH REALTY (GRATZEK)
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted for the
SW 114 of Section 9, Lots 4-7 of the 7 lot land division located
on Ann Drive, and
WHEREAS, Lots 4, 5 ti 6 will be serviced by city sewer and
water facilities, and
WHEREAS, Lot 7 will be sewered only and have access to
Valley Drive, and
WHEREAS, All the lots exceed the zone district requirements
for size.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
