SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9. MTS 1-3 - JAMES BAHLMAN (GRATZEK)
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(AMENDED)
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted for the
SW 114 of Section 9, Lots 1-3 of the 7 lot land division located
on Ann Drive, and
WHEREAS, Originally this proposal was part of an approved
preliminary plat titled Valley Square, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission had recommended approval of
that preliminary plat in June of 1978, and
WHEREAS, These lots will be serviced by City sewer and
water facilities, and
WHEREAS, The zoning is RS-2 and provides for 20,000 square
foot lots and Lot 1 is 158 square feet below this requirement,
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission through the city land division
ordinances may grant a variance in lot size and/or average width
for newly created lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance, and the approval of the city
engineers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Lot 1 should be bought up to
the required 20,000 square foot lot size
