APPROVAL OF WALL SIGN FOR S66 ~W14544 JANESVILLE RD.
DISCOVERY DAYS PRESCHOOL
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Discovery Days
Preschool to install a flat wall sign on the building located at
S66 IJ14544 Janesville Rd., and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned B-3 and allows for a wall
sign not to exceed 5% of the wall area of the building, and
WHEREAS, This sign will be 2' x 14' and meet the
requirement of the B-3 zone district, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be constructed of plywood and
located above the building's entranceway.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the wall sign for Discovery Days Daycare at S66 H14544 Janesville
Road.
