WHEREAS, A site plan and construction drawing have been
submitted for a second garage structure on the property addressed
as 570 W16751 Hedgewood Drive, and
WHEREAS, The proposed garage structure is in RS2 zoning,
and
WHEREAS, The proposed garage shall be a 30' x 14' detached
structure, and
WHEREAS, It will be 420 square feet in size and not exceed
the zone district size requirement nor the zoning district
setback requirement, and
WHEREAS, It will be designed with the exterior having a
compatible architectural appearance with that of the house, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the second garage structure to be located on the property
addressed as S70 W16751 Hedgewood Drive.
