MARY DUERST - NW 114 OF SECTION 8, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted to create a
two parcel land division in the NW 114 of Section 8, Town of
Norway, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land division
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Mary Duerst, Town of Norway and
recommends approval to the Common Council.
