WHEREAS, A petition has been received to rezone from RS2/W
to RSM/W OPD to allow for multi-family residential development on
the proposed location in the NE 114 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS, This property abuts the County Park on the west
and north and is north of the Muskego Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, Approximately 11 acres of land will remain in the
I RS2 zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that the property he rezoned to
RSM/W OPD to construct 14 four family living units in the NE 114
of Section 17.
