MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT - JOHN GROH
WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted by John Groh for 12
acres f in the NE 114 of Section 5 to rezone from RS-2 to RSM to
allow multi-family residential development, and
WHEREAS, This land borders on the SW corner of College
Avenue and Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council Public Hearing has been set for
August 8, 1989.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council to rezone from RS-2 to RSM
subject to the availability of sewers for the increase in density
and subject to the approval of the building. site and operation
plan for that zoning.
