APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT (W217 S8425 CROWBAR RD.)
FOR CONTINUED MINING h PROCESSING SAND AND GRAVEL.
EXTENSION OF ACCESSORY USE (PORTABLE ASPHALT PLANT) AND
EXPANSION OF AREA LOCATED ON THE NU CORNER OF CROWBAR RD h HWY L
PAYNE h DOLAN
WHEREAS, An application has been received from Payne Fr
Dolan for renewal and expansion of the conditional use, and
WHEREAS, The restoration plan had previously covered that
area to be excavated, however, the legal description on file did
not encompass the proposed area, and
WHEREAS, This property has now been included in the legal
description and there is no significant change needed in the
restoration plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the renewal and expansion of the Conditional Use Grant #37 for
period of one year and recommend to the Common Council approval
to issue the necessary permit subject to the necessary signing
and recording of the appropriate documents.
