WHEREAS, The Plan Commission received a petition for an
expansion of a conditional use to allow for an addition to an
existing structure located at S106 W16440 Muskego Dam Road, and
WHEREAS, This addition will include an area for machines on
the lower floor and storage for furniture on the upper floor, and
WHEREAS, The machinery will include a dust catcher ad,jacent
to the building, and
IJHEREAS, The use will remain the same.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the expansion of the conditional use grant 1/79 with no need for
any added conditions.
