IN MEADOW GREEN-WEST SUBDIVISION, STEVEN h JOY ALERSICH
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a two-family residence
on Lot 21 in the Meadow Green-West Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, This use is permitted under a conditional use
grant in a residential district, and
WHEREAS, The hearing was held on July 18, 1989, and
WHEREAS, The ordinance states that the second unit does not
exceed 800 square feet and one person in each unit is related to
a person in the other unit by blood, marriage or adoption, and
WHEREAS, This building and use conforms to its restriction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conditional use grant subject to the signing and the
recording of the necessary documents.
