ON RAY NOWAK PROPERTY AT W208 S8121 HILLENDALE DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 128-89
WHEREAS, The city has been requested for permission to park
a semi truck on the property addressed above, and
WHEREAS, Section 6.04(3)2,c states that the Plan Commission
may grant additional parking of trucks and equipment in any
district if, in your opinion, the request is of such nature that
it will not affect the health, safety, morals, comfort, property
and general welfare of the residents of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The guidelines for approval list items such as
development of the surrounding area, effect on general
attractiveness and charactor of the surrounding area, size of the
specific lot and general lots in the surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, Hillendale Drive limits the trucking to 10,000
pounds.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
disapprove the parking of the semi truck on the property
addressed as W208 S8121 Hillendale Drive.
