RESOLUTION #P.C. 125-89
W125 S9791 N. CAPE RD.- TRI-COUNTY BAPTIST CHURCH
WHEREAS, Tri-County Baptist Church has acquired the Durham
Hill School at W125 S9791 N. Cape Rd., and
WHEREAS, The use of the building had been approved in
Resolution PC. 136-88, and
WHEREAS, The building, site, and operation plan must be
approved by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 40' x 48' addition
to the school building, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission accept
the building, site, and operation plan for Tri-County Baptist
Church located at W125 S9791 N. Cape Rd.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the signage is approved as
submitted and subject to asphalting the parking lot prior to
January 1, 1990.

WHEREAS, It is propsed to construct a 40' x 48' addition to
the school building, and
WHEREAS, The building, site and operation plan has now been
submitted with the exception of a sign approval, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission accept
the building, site, and operation plan for Tri-County Baptist
Church located at W125 S9791 N. Cape Rd. with the exception that
the sign must have Plan Commission approval prior to the
installation.
